The Beach at Netherley House

Netherley House has long been the holiday home of the Steenberg family. Bought in the 80’s, it was originally built by the Fry’s, of Fry Food fame.

This 4 bedroom, free standing home, sleeping 10 adults, is available to rent as a family holiday destination.

With direct access from the front lawn and down the steps to the Main Salt Rock Beach, protected with sharks nets and patrolled by life guards, it is an ideal beach holiday home.

The house is set on one level with the open living and dining area, split by 2 easy steps, making it fairly wheelchair friendly.

Three of the bedrooms are on the outside wing of the house and open onto a covered verandah, courtyard and plunge pool. The front house has the main bedroom, with 2 queen size beds, ideal for a family with smaller children.

The living area opens onto a large covered verandah, with lounging, seating and dining options.
